You may return your new or unused product within 90 days of purchase with original Sassy Sparrow receipt or online packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment or an Electronic Gift Certificate. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form
and original receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
Package the merchandise in its original container, if available. Enclose the completed Return Form and original receipt or packing slip.

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. In the event we do not have original proof of purchase, a credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued for current price as listed on the The Sassy Sparrow Website. If for some reason the item is no longer available we will issue a Electronic Gift Certificate for your product for the purchase amount.
Rules & Restrictions for Returns
- Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form and original receipt or packing slip.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.
- We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
- In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- Original form of payment will be credited for your refund, if the item was a gift you will receive credit in the form of a Gift Certificate to be used on TheSassySparrow.com
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event an item is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, please fill out a return form
with defect or damage noted on the form. Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
We do not process exchanges at this time; however, you may order a replacement item at any time by placing a new order. You may return your order for a refund.
Items may not be cancelled once an order has been placed. After you receive your order, simply follow our return instructions to make a replacement order.
Items may occasionally be cancelled by our system if there was an issue with the order or in low-stock situations. If an item is cancelled, you will receive an email notice that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
